Commercial Air Conditioning Maintenance in Hampshire

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to make the most of your investment

A well-maintained air conditioning system is quieter, cleaner and cheaper to run. It just makes sense to have engineers from Cool Solutions Southern visit you regularly to carry out maintenance and servicing.

Commercial Air Conditioning Maintenance

Our planned air conditioning maintenance schedules, also known as PPM (planned preventative maintenance), keep your systems running efficiently and reliably. Maintenance and servicing also protects warranties and helps you meet compliance requirements.

With maintenance and servicing sorted, you can feel confident in your air conditioning and the comfortable room temperatures it will consistently provide.

Improved Energy Efficiency

Clean filters, clear coils and a correctly charged refrigerant mean the system doesn’t have to work hard. This translates into smoother running and lower energy bills.

Extended Lifespan

Routine checks catch wear and tear early – before it causes significant damage. Small adjustments and part replacements help your equipment last years longer.

Prevent Costly Repairs

Catching problems early is far cheaper than fixing a breakdown. Preventative maintenance spots loose drains, tired components and leaks, before they escalate into major repairs.

Why is regular maintenance important?

Air conditioning works hard in offices, retail and hospitality. Therefore, it makes sense that regular checks are needed. Routine maintenance reduces dust, pollen and other irritants that can build up inside the system. Fresh filters and sanitised coils mean cleaner airflow throughout your building.

If left, dust, blocked filters and small signs of wear can creep in, pushing up energy use and increasing the chance of breakdowns. Regular servicing prevents easily repaired issues becoming big expensive repairs, as well as extending the lifespace of your equipment and keeping air quality to a high standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should we service our air con systems?

Most offices and shops benefit from two visits per year. Busy kitchens, healthcare and high-load sites often require quarterly servicing. We’ll recommend a schedule after your survey.

Can you maintain air conditioning systems you didn’t install?

Yes. We work with most major brands and can take over existing asset lists and paperwork.

Will air conditioning maintenance reduce our energy bills?

In many cases, yes. Clean coils, correct refrigerant and properly set controls can significantly improve efficiency.

Do we need to shut down during visits?

Not usually. We plan around trading hours and can work out-of-hours, if preferred.

Will this protect our warranty?

Manufacturers generally require documented air conditioning servicing visits. We provide the reports you need to stay covered.
